The best measure of the quality of a company is not that they are flawless--it's how they handle their mistakes, and no one is better than that than 4 Service Pros. They tried to fix a small plumbing leak in the basement. About a week later, we turned on the outside faucet, we wound up with Niagara Falls--on the walls and on a brand-new rug. I called them at 7 p.m. and they had a plumber here within a half-hour. A few minutes later, the plumbing supervisor showed up. They were incredible. Fixed the leak, pulled up the carpeting and brought in industrial-strength blowers to dry the carpet, reinstalled the carpet, fixed the ceiling, and repainted. And they were always willing to fix a few little problems on their dime. I've never dealt with such a decent, friendly, group of people.
